and supports their developement through
tailored training modules suited to their individual training needs.
The termly test scores of students taught by teachers enrolled in OxTrack are mapped to the growth profiles of the teachers , illustrating that advances in teacher professional knowledge are strongly correlated with the learning progression of students.
